The fifth edition of the event will bring the European Tour of Bodyboard back to La Cícer, at Las Canteras Beach, from 11 to 14 October

Registrations are now open for the ETB Gran Canaria Pro 2026, which will return to Gran Canaria for its fifth edition as one of the key stops on the 2026 European Tour of Bodyboard (ETB).

From 11 to 14 October, the wave of La Cícer, at Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, will once again become an international meeting point for high-level bodyboarding, bringing together riders from around the world to compete in one of the most renowned waves of the Canary Islands.

The ETB Gran Canaria Pro 2026 is an official event of the European Surfing Federation, and forms part of the 2026 European Bodyboard Circuit, offering athletes the opportunity to compete at the highest level of European bodyboarding.

Competition will be held across five categories: Men, Women, Junior Boys, Junior Girls and Dropknee, with a strong international field expected to line up in Gran Canaria.

Registrations now open

Registrations are now officially open, with riders able to secure their place in the fifth edition of the ETB Gran Canaria Pro through the European Surfing Federation's registration platform.

Riders can benefit from the early entry period until 15 September, while registrations will remain open until 29 September.

The return of the event to Las Canteras reinforces Gran Canaria's position as one of the leading destinations for bodyboarding, combining high-quality waves with a unique urban setting and a long-standing connection with ocean sports.
